From november 17th the EUHT StPOL and HOTEL GRAN SOL are attending the first session from “The Art of food: Creativity and Sustainability 2014” event. It is organized by the International Institute of Gastronomy, Culture, Arts and Tourism (IGCAT).

This event joins experts from different areas related to gastronomy, culture and toursim from 15 different countries. During 3 days they talk about creativity, diversity and sustainability from a local to an international context.

EUHT StPOL and the Hotel Gran Sol provide its facilities for this current edition of  “The Art of Food”,  that is finishing next wednesday 19th, an unique and pioneer event in the territory.
