Specialization courses of Hotel Management, Food & Beverage and Restaurant Management, become an expert in your favorite specialty:

The specialization courses are part of the Master in Hospitality Management (English) and for that reason, they are conducted once a year following the academic calendar of the Master.

Certificate in Food & Beverage Operations (English)

The Certificate in Food & Beverage Operations is comprised by 4 weeks hands-on program at the school’s hotel.

The Certificate in Food & Beverage Operations is the initial part of the  Master in Hospitality Management (English).

This module, called Professional Induction, includes a 4 week period which the student will learn the operations in Food & Beverage and Restaurant Management.

It is ideal for career changers who wish to move into hospitality.

  • Duration: 4 weeks, from September 9th to October 4th, 2019.
  • Language: The classes will be given in English.
  • Schedule: From Monday to Friday from 09:00h to 17:00h.

Diploma in F&B and Restaurant Management

This course is a Master’s concentration, that let the student specialize in Food & Beverage and Restaurant Management.

  • Duration: from March 2nd to May 29th, 2020.
  • Language: The classes will be given in English.
  • Schedule: From Monday to Friday from 09:00h to 17:00h.
