16 February, 2016On June 18th and 19th was celebrated the First Internacional Membership Meeting about the European Gastronomic Project at the EUHT StPOL.
The meeting was organized by IGCAT (Instituto Internacional de Gastronomía, Cultura, Artes y Turismo, placed in Sant Pol de Mar), its aim is to support the local gastronomic culture.
Its conclusion was that every region will work in order to stabish especific links between food, hospitalitay, toursim, culture and health as a economic , cultural, and enviromental development way.
The final objective is to establish links between the participanting regions,creating an space where they could share and express ideas.
