EUHT is now a partner of the IHG Academy – InterContinental Hotels Group –program

IHG (Intercontinental Hotel Group) is the third world biggest hotel group owning 5348 hotels, it comprises such well-known hotel brands as Intercontinental, Holiday Inn, Crowne Plaza, among others.

This group has a program focused on students of the bests Hospitality and Tourism schools. The novelty is that from now on they will also offer internship opportunities to our students in the touristic area or, more specifically, in the hotel management sector, among others, so that their education has a solid background.  The benefits of this partnership program, compared to others, is the equality conditions that it offers to trainees compared to the other employees.

Some of these benefits are:

• Free online training through an employee intranet so that they can have an accessible and effective formation.
• Access to new job openings that will appear in its intranet giving the trainees the same kind of privileges as their employees.

This kind of opportunity is an advantage for our students since they have the same access as any other employee and this intranet gives them the chance to upload their resumes, background and skills as any other regular worker of the company.

This year 2018, EUHT StPOL has joined the team of InterContinental Hotels Group partnerships, thanks to the great relationship of the school with the renowned Hotel Crowne Plaza St.Peter in Rome. This added value as a training institution that IHG group is offering us, is a privilege and a power source to keep educating our students and helping them reach the top.
