EUHT StPOL, best school in Spain in hospitality and tourism
17 March, 2025Gastronomy is not only enjoyed on the plate — it also comes to life through the pages of a great book. At EUHT StPOL, we promote a holistic education where reading becomes a key tool for understanding the history, technique, and creativity behind each culinary creation. Books allow us to deepen our knowledge of gastronomy from diverse perspectives that complement hands-on training.
And what better occasion than Sant Jordi's Day — a celebration of books and culture — to share our literary recommendations. In this selection, we present five must-read books about gastronomy, written by renowned chefs — some of them proud alumni of our school and others, leading figures in the sector who occasionally visit EUHT StPOL to deliver inspiring masterclasses. Each of these titles offers a unique perspective on the culinary arts, perfect for those who wish to keep learning, exploring, and evolving within the fascinating world of cuisine.
