The sources of inspiration can be multiple and varied, and among them, the TED talks – where speakers share their experience and knowledge – can be a learning tool for hospitality students and future professionals working in the hospitality industry.
We have selected five TED talks about hospitality to make these days of quarantine more enjoyable.
1. Service is not the same thing as Hospitality
