Ana Belén Charry: “The Spanish cooking is not only taught using recipes, it is also taught living experiences”

We interview Ana Belén Charry, finalist of MasterChef Colombia, who has held the Summer Course of EUHT StPOL

EUHT StPOL has had the opportunity to speak with Ana Belén Charry, finalist of the TV program MasterChef Colombia 2016.

Awarded by the program, Ana Belén has visited Spain to take the Summer Course of EUHT StPOL, an internationally recognized center. During two weeks, the chef and all her colleagues have enjoyed an intensive course where they have seen 6 subjects, including culinary culture, kitchen culture and destination management.

The Colombian chef has dedicated us some words: “It says a lot about an institution where there is a short Summer Course where it is difficult to give a very broad content and academic and relaxed at the same time.”
