14 July, 2020For the next academic year 2020-2021,EUHT StPOL expands the academic offer with new online and blended programs. To the Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management, the Technical Degree in Gastronomy and Restaurant Service, the Master in Culinary Arts and Kitchen Management and Master in Hospitality Management, new options are added: the online and blended modalities of the Master in Hospitality Management, the Postgraduate in Hotel Management and the online program Restaurant Management Expert; in addition to short online courses linked to restaurant management.
After the Covid-19 and with the arrival of the ‘new normal’; EUHT StPOL expands the formative options with blended and online academic programs that will start the next academic course 2020-2021.
Master in Hospitality Management: now also blended and online
The Master in Hospitality Management has two specializations: Hotel Management or Food and Beverage and Restaurant Management. In the on-campus modality, which has been taught at EUHT StPOL for more than 25 years; the blended and online modalities are now added. With some differences between them: especially in terms of internships and qualifications.

Postgraduate in Hotel Management
A program also taught in English and 100% online. It has 48 ECTS Credits and contents related to business research, hospitality economics and finance, strategic management and marketing, among others. The Postgraduate in Hotel Management doesn’t include and internship period.
Restaurant Management Expert
The Restaurant Management Expert program provides the tools to lead and manage the different areas of a restaurant business and achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness. It is taught in Spanish, is 100% online and has content related to business management, marketing, operations and innovation.
Short-term online courses
In addition to the on-campus programs and the online and blended academic offer, for the next academic year EUHT StPOL also offers the possibility of short-term online courses linked to restaurant management. They last between six and eight weeks, are taught in Spanish and revolve around the following topics: restaurant marketing, restaurant operations, business management and innovation.
