The University Collage of Culinary Arts and Kitchen Management (EUHT StPOL) is preparing the menu that will present in the fourth edition of the Gastronomic Fair in Sant Pol de Mar. This event will take place this weekend in an all-known park called Parc del Litoral. Sant Pol de Mar Council organizes the event that aims to show the local gastronomy at the whole region of Maresme. The main objective is to present the best products and the most representative dishes of the village.
EUHT StPOL wants to conquest almost 2000 visitors with the following proposal: a red summer peach gazpacho and Bao (Chinese steamed bread) sea and mountain with oriental aromas. This second dish is suitable for celiac people.
In addition, EUHT StPOL will mark the beginning of the Fair on Friday the 16th at 6.30pm. The welcome includes a cocktail: a fresh mojito for all those who attend.
The Gastronomic Fair will last until Sunday. About twenty restaurants and establishments will participate on it. The event will also offer cooking workshops for children and wine tastings for adults. As every year there will be music concretely, jazz will be the protagonist.
