Two students from the University Grade of Hotel and Touristic Management have participated on the television program Ben Trobats.

Ben Trobats, a morning journal of the channel El Punt-Avui-TV, weekly offers a gastronomic section with young chefs.

The magazine offers each week a recipe made by students from hospitality schools, where the last week Laura Risquez and Laura Triadú, students from the second grade of Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management, participated.

The students had t opportunity of showing their cooking abilities representing a very elaborate and attractive recipe for all the senses: Porcini mushrooms injected in an egg yolk.
