The best chefs in the world at EUHT StPOL
Surely, EUHT STPOL former students will remember having shared a masterclass with chefs who today are considered the best in the world.
For example, Oriol Castro, ex-Bulli and one of the three chefs at the restaurant Disfrutar, has given different masterclasses with the students of the Master in Culinary Arts and Kitchen Management. In the masterclass, Oriol Castro has been accompanied, on different occasions, by Oscar Mayer, a EUHT StPOL former student and current head chef of this Barcelona restaurant with two Michelin stars.
The chefs of the restaurant Disfrutar are not the only ones who maintain a connection with EUHT StPOL. Dabiz Muñoz, Joan Roca, Andoni Luis Aduriz, Mauro Colagreco, Massimo Bottura, Quique Dacosta or Martin Berasategui have presided over previous editions of the Youth Cooking Contest and/or have participated in events held at the EUHT StPOL facilities.
