The best chefs in the world, at EUHT StPOL
Surely, students from different promotions of EUHT StPOL will remember having shared masterclass with chefs who today are considered the best in the world.
For example, Oriol Castro, ex-bulli and one of the three chefs at the restaurant Disfrutar, on more than one occasion has given a masterclass with the students of the Master in Culinary Arts and Kitchen Management; the most recent in virtual format due to Covid-19. In the masterclass, Oriol Castro has been accompanied, on different occasions, by Oscar Mayer, a former student of EUHT StPOL and current head chef of this Barcelona restaurant with two Michelin stars.
The chefs of the restaurant Disfrutar are not the only ones who maintain a connection point with EUHT StPOL. René Redzepi, Joan Roca, Mauro Colagreco, Massimo Bottura, Albert Adrià, Quique Dacosta, Martin Berasategui or Andoni Luis Aduriz; all of them among the best chefs in the world, have presided previous editions of the Youth Cooking Contest of Sant Pol de Mar Hotel-School and / or have participated in events that have been held at the EUHT StPOL facilities.
