The Montjuïc Campus (Barcelona) has hosted the 25th edition of the B-Travel Tourism Fair (from 21 to 23 April)

 

EUHT StPOL has been chosen by the Diputació de Barcelona as an educational center in charge of managing the gastronomic space of dishes on the Barcelona-Maresme coast of B-Delicious, the gastronomic area of ​​the B-Travel Tourism Fair.

IMG-20170421-WA0002The students of the Master in Culinary Arts and Kitichen Management have cooked for B-Delicious, an initiative that aims to show the enno-gastronomic attractions of different Catalan and Spanish populations, as well as many other countries.

The dishes with which they have participated are Sliced ​​cod, romesco, bottled hazelnuts and olive powder; Black rice, prawn essence and pea alioli; Sea and mountain of meatballs and sepionas and strawberries, biscuit and Catalan mango cream.

The attendees have been able to taste the creations elaborated by our students and the proposals of some of the most recognized restaurants of the current gastronomic panorama. B-Delicious has also offered tastings of wines, cavas, liqueurs and craft beers, as well as workshops and demonstrations by great chefs.

The fair, which celebrates its 25th anniversary this year, has taken place from 21 to 23 April at the Montjuïc Exhibition Center in Barcelona. The general admission have cost € 8 if purchased before 20 April and € 10, if purchased after 21 days. The cost of B-Delicious have been € 1 for gastronomic tasting.
