We invite you to take a tour of the Michelin star chefs that have been trained at the Hotel-School of Sant Pol de Mar

On November 22th, the list of restaurants worthy of appearing in the Michelin Star Guide for the year 2018 was published.

Spain has a total of 195 Michelin stars, divided into three (***), two (**) and one (*) stars restaurants. Barcelona, specifically, has been strengthened in the recent list, increasing its number of restaurants recognized until 31.
